It’s time University of Oklahoma sports fans stop labeling OU as a “Football School”!

No, in truth it’s a “Gymnastics School”. Sooner Men’s and Women’s Gymnastics are the
new standard in Norman.

Consider this the Men’s Gymnastic team just won its 110 th straight dual competition! Yes,
that’s 110 in a row. Makes the 47 game football win streak look pretty ordinary.

OU has won every meet since 2014, including 69 straight at home, and a win over
Cal-Berkley in Norman on March 23 rd will complete the team’s fifth straight undefeated season.
And the Sooners will then be going for a fifth straight national championship April 19-20 in
Champagne, Illinois. It would be OU’s 13 th overall national title in Men’s Gymnastics in Coach
Mark Williams 20 seasons. And the football team has what—seven?

And the Oklahoma Women’s Gymnastics team under Coach K.J. Kindler, also ranked #1 in
the nation finished its regular season 17-0 and prepares now to host the Big 12 Championship
on March 23 rd . OU Women have won 13 Big 12 titles and seven NCAA Regional Championships
and taken the National Championship in 2014, 2016 and 2017.

OU “The Championship Gymnastics School”.

So be proud Sooner Fans!
